Maintenance Change Request Manager is responsible for identifying the improvements in Maintenance Change Request Management

input for improvements. The Maintenance Change Request Manager should analyze measurement reports to identify failure
points and improvement opportunities. Any Maintenance Change Request Management stream related optimization opportunities
should also feed into the analysis for improvements as well. Based on the analysis of failures, escalations and delays
actions for improvement of the Maintenance Change Request Management should be identified.
Based on the inferences of measurement analysis, the improvement actions should be identified. Once identified, the
Maintenance Change Request Manager must collaborate with the Engagement Manager and implement the same.
